Budweiser Unveils its Biggest Ever On-pack Promotion For the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™LONDON, 01 April 2010 - Budweiser, Official Beer of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™, today unveiled its largest ever on-pack promotion: Predict & Win.Running across 10 million packs in the UK, Predict & Win will support Budweiser’s 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ sponsorship by engaging and bringing new and seasoned fans together to celebrate the greatest tournament on earth. Not only will the packs engage consumers in outlet with eye-catching displays, but Predict & Win itself will come to life online at www.budweiser.co.uk/predictandwin where consumers can enter their on-pack codes to earn credits which they can then use to make 2010 FIFA World Cup™ predictions and win prizes.” “With a grand prize of £100,000 and hundreds of other prizes including TVs and MP3 players available to be won each week of the tournament, we know consumers will love Predict & Win.” After buying a promotional pack, consumers can enter the on-pack code online at www.budweiser.co.uk/predictandwin to redeem their credits. From April 15th, consumers can enter a quiz to win extra credits, and from May 14th until July 11th, consumers can use their credits to make predictions and win prizes. Each week of the tournament, the top 100 predictors will win prizes, and at the end of the tournament the top 100 overall predictors will win prizes including a grand prize of £100,000 which will be awarded to the individual with the most credits. Budweiser will also support Predict & Win with a multi-million pound advertising campaign including TV, outdoor, press and digital, in the run up to and during the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.
